In October 2006, FCC alum Dr. Raul Rebak visted from Lawrence Livermore (CA) to give a talk entitled 'Corrosion behavior of C22 and other Nickel alloys' organised by the local student chapter of The Electrochemical Society.
It was incidentally also Raul's birthday on the day, who inspite of this, gave an excellent talk.
A great time was had by all and Raul is pictured below with former advisor, Prof. Smialowska
